    WHAT HUMPHREY KER SAID

Red Dragons director Humphrey Ker has told the podcast of McElhenney’s spell in the stands: "He picked such a good one to go in for because over the course of the game, news was coming in from Adams Park. It was crazy to see where we were on the other side of the stadium. I was in the posh seats eating prawn sandwiches and hobnobbing with local big wigs, as is my want.

"He ate lunch in the directors box with us and then went over in time for the game. When he came back around, he was a sort of changed man. He came in as though he just communed with the great spirit Gaia on the top of a mountain somewhere. It was great!"
