Leeds United director of football Victor Orta held a live Q&A session on the LUTV app earlier this week where he discussed a number of topics.
One subject matter was the future of striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga, who is currently on loan at the Championship club from Bundesliga side Hamburger SV.
The 26-year-old, who is valued at £2.3m by transfermarkt.co.uk, moved to Leeds last summer, and has scored 10 times in 24 Championship appearances during the 2017-18 campaign.

Orta claimed that Leeds were working on a potential deal for the centre-forward, although it is currently unclear whether the Whites already have a permanent transfer agreement in place which can simply be activated.
The Championship club’s supporters have been reacting to the update, and there are a number that would not be too bothered if Lasogga did not return, despite the fact that his record for a first season in English football is impressive.
