  WHAT HAPPENED?

  Liverpool officially claimed the 2024-25 Premier League title as they beat struggling Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday. Dominic Solanke had given Spurs a shock early lead, but strikes from Luis Diaz, Alexis Mac Allister and Cody Gakpo quickly turned the game on its head. In the second-half, Mohamed Salah added a fourth for the hosts before a Destiny Udogie

However, Arne Slot's Merseysiders led the title race from the early parts of the campaign ahead of Arsenal, while defending champions Manchester City suffered a dramatic loss of form and were never in the hunt.
